What we collect, and why.

This page covers the demo request form on this website. It is the only place where this site collects anything about you.

What is collected

What you type into the demo request form: your full name, your work email address, your company, your country, and — if you fill them in — the size of your fleet, your role and your message. Our server also records the time of the request, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, so that the form cannot be flooded.

Why

To read your request and reply to it, and to arrange a walkthrough of the product if you want one. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or passed to anyone for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Until your request is handled and our correspondence about it has ended. You can ask us to delete it at any time before that, and we will.

Who can see it

The people at Orvedis who answer demo requests. The form is delivered by our own hosting and by an email delivery provider acting only on our instructions.

This website

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party fonts or scripts. Everything it loads comes from this domain.
